The fabric in question is the "Thin Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm", a technical fabric composed of 100% polyester. With a grammage of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm, this fabric is ideal for various applications, such as fashion (jackets), home textiles (shower curtains), and sportswear (raincoats and jackets/windbreakers). Its recommended season is winter due to its ability to repel water.
The printed design used on this fabric features attributes such as abstract brushstrokes and watercolors, and belongs to the artistic and modern style. With standard complexity, the design is monochromatic with multicolor as the main colors. These colors allow for a wide variety of combinations with other solid colors, such as black, white, blue, red, or green, among others.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is on one side of the fabric and is not printed on both sides.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its waterproof and water-repellent finish stands out, which guarantees its water resistance. In addition, it has a thin and smooth texture, which gives it a soft and pleasant feel upon contact with the skin.
In relation to the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned previously, its use in the manufacture of fashion garments for men, women, and children, as well as in bathroom items such as towels or bathrobes, should be highlighted. It is also suitable for the manufacture of curtains, bedding, and other textile elements for home decoration.
Regarding its care, it is recommended to wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, without using bleach and avoiding dry cleaning. It can be ironed at a cold temperature and should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, specifically designed for polyester fabrics. This technique consists of transferring the design from printed paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, ensuring high quality and durability in the print.
In summary, the "Thin Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm" features a stamped design with symbolic and technical characteristics, such as abstract brushstrokes and watercolors, that adapt to an artistic and modern style. Its polyester composition and waterproof finish make it ideal for various applications, and its single-sided printing using sublimation technology guarantees excellent quality and resistance.
