The fabric used in this design is the Heather Jersey Knit - Dubai. It is a knit fabric with a composition of 100% polyester, which gives it a smooth and elastic texture. Its weight is 135 gr/m2 and it has a width of 160 cm.
The printed design on this fabric is abstract in style, with colorful splashes and a modern artistic touch. The main colors of the design are multicolored, giving it a vibrant and striking look. This design can easily be combined with solid colors such as white, black, blue, or yellow.
It is important to mention that this fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only present on one side of the fabric and does not repeat on the reverse.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric is soft to the touch and has a translucent appearance due to its polyester composition. Additionally, its elasticity allows for greater comfort when making garments.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, it is suitable for knitwear in fashion for both women and men, especially for making t-shirts. Thanks to its modern and colorful design, it can also be used in more avant-garde fashion garments.
As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and avoid the use of bleach. It is suitable for dry cleaning, with the exception of trichloroethylene. It can be ironed at a cool temperature and should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This process involves transferring the design to the fabric using special inks that turn into gas when they come into contact with the polyester. The gas then solidifies and permanently adheres to the fabric fibers, achieving a durable and high-quality print.
