The Recycled Microfiber Fabric - Biarritz is a microfiber fabric made of 100% polyester. With a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 147 cm, it is suitable for various applications in both fashion and accessories. Its composition and soft texture make it ideal for clothing items such as swimsuits, Bermuda shorts, and bags.
The printed design on this fabric features characteristics of modern and decorative art, with geometric and abstract shapes that give it a two-color style. The main colors of the design are predominantly 88.61% of a specific shade and 6.02% of another complementary color. These main colors can be combined with plain colors in neutral tones such as white, black, or gray to highlight the print and create a sophisticated contrast.
It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, not on both.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, recycled microfiber offers a delicate texture to the touch and a stiff and thin appearance. Its softness and lightness make it comfortable to wear and easy to manipulate in sewing projects.
Regarding its applications and uses, in addition to fashion and accessories, this fabric is also suitable for sportswear and swimwear due to its durable and quick-drying polyester composition. Its versatility makes it a suitable option for creating durable wallets and bags.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is also suitable for dry cleaning, excluding the use of trichloroethylene. For ironing, a cool temperature should be used, and tumble drying is not recommended.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This technique consists of transferring ink to a surface through the evaporation and fixation of the ink in the fabric by means of heat and pressure. This guarantees a durable and high-quality print on the fabric.
