Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso

The base fabric for this printed design is the Antibacterial Water-Repellent Fabric - Tromso. It is a technical fabric composed of 100% POLYESTER, with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its name comes from its ability to repel water and its antibacterial function. As for its printed design, it is characterized by its standard complexity and its artistic, botanical, colorful, and decorative styles. The design reflects nature through abstract and artistic floral elements, large leaves, and flowers. The main colors of the design are Deep Blue (40.04%), Dark Magenta Purple (24.47%), and Blush Pink (17.8%).

This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that the design is printed only on one side of the fabric, not both.

Regarding the general characteristics, the waterproof finish and the rough texture provide this fabric with greater water resistance and a distinctive feel. In addition, the antibacterial finish provides protection against bacteria.

As for the applications and uses of the fabric, this fabric is ideal for fashion, both in accessories and garments such as pants, backpacks, and purses. It can also be used in interior decoration, such as in frames, paintings, cushions, and tablecloths. In addition, thanks to its water-repellent finish, it is suitable for outdoor use, such as in sun loungers.

As for the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to use bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 60ºC. It allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a warm temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This technique consists of printing the design on special paper with sublimation inks and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows for high resolution and durability of the print on the fabric.
