The patterned fabric we present to you is the Dublin velvet corduroy. This fabric is characterized by its soft touch and visual shine, which gives it an attractive texture and appearance. The patterned design has an artistic and botanical complexity, with floral and leaf elements that give it a decorative and multi-color style.
This patterned design combines perfectly with solid colors such as beige, dark green, mustard or brown, as they highlight and complement the main colors of the design. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the back of the fabric does not feature the design.
The Dublin velvet corduroy fabric has general characteristics that make it ideal for different uses and applications. Given its weight of 280 gr/m2 and its composition of polyester, polyamide and elastane, this fabric is perfect for interior decoration, such as upholstery for chairs, armchairs, sofas and cushions. It is also suitable for fashion garments, such as trousers, jackets, blazers and accessories such as bags and backpacks.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not to bleach it. In addition, it is not suitable for dry cleaning with trichloroethylene or tumble drying. For ironing, a low temperature should be used and it is advised to avoid the use of steam.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This process consists of the transfer of inks through heat, which permanently adhere to the fibers of the fabric. This guarantees high print quality, durability and wash resistance.
