The fabric used for this printed design is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2. This Lycra fabric has a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, which provides great elasticity and a soft feel. With a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, it is perfect for lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear, such as bikinis, swimsuits, leotards, and leggings.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by its standard complexity and its artistic and colorful style. It features abstract shapes in a combination of main colors such as Windows Blue (51.29%), Water Blue (27.86%), and Cranberry Blue (16.19%). These blue tones give the design a refreshing and vibrant feel. This printed design can be combined with solid colors in white, yellow, or orange tones to highlight the color palette and create an eye-catching look.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means the design is present on the outer side of the fabric. This allows the print to be visible and detailed.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, we find that it has a soft texture, is elastic, and chlorine resistant. Additionally, it has a finish that provides very high UV protection (UPF 50+), ideal for swimwear and sportswear that offers protection against sun rays.
In terms of applications and uses, this fabric is perfect for lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear, such as bikinis, swimsuits, leotards, and leggings. Its elasticity and resistance make it an ideal choice for garments that require freedom of movement and durability.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. For ironing, a cool temperature should be used, and it cannot be tumble dried.
This fabric is produced using sublimation printing technology (polyester). This process uses special inks that turn into gas under heat and adhere to the polyester fibers, creating a durable and vibrant print. Sublimation printing guarantees high quality and precise details in the printed design.
