The fabric, Hydrophobic Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso, is a technical polyester fabric with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It has a hydrophobic finish that makes it waterproof and a rough texture. In addition, it has antibacterial properties, which makes it ideal for applications in fashion, accessories, decoration, and home textiles.
The printed design of this fabric is complex and abstract, with an artistic and colorful style. It is mainly composed of shades of blue such as Windows Blue, Water Blue, and Cranberry Blue. These colors can perfectly combine with other plain tones such as white, gray, or black, to create contrasts or harmonies in fashion and decoration projects.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that it is only printed on one side of the fabric.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a waterproof finish that makes it water-resistant and also has antibacterial properties. The printed design is complex, abstract, and colorful, which gives it a unique and original look.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can be used for making trousers, coin purses, toiletry bags, tablecloths, cushions, backpacks, and wallets. Thanks to its hydrophobic finish and its antibacterial properties, it is ideal for outdoor use, such as in sun loungers or garden cushions.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 60ºC. It is suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a warm temperature and tumble drying should be avoided.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This process allows intense and durable colors to be obtained on the fabric, and provides great precision in the reproduction of complex designs such as the Tromso print.
