The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric made of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is perfect for a variety of applications, from furniture upholstery for chairs, armchairs, and sofas, to fashion garments such as pants, overshirts, and jackets. It is also suitable for accessories like handbags and backpacks.
The fabric has a soft texture and a visual sheen, giving it a luxurious appearance. Its printed design is abstract, inspired by watercolors and artistic paintings, which gives it complexity and a two-color style. Moon and cloud shapes are present in the design, creating a sense of tranquility and elegance.
The main colors of the design are Night Black (53.47%), Deep Blue (23.48%), and Sky Blue (13.53%). These colors can be combined with other solid colors such as gray, white, brown, and teal to create a harmonious look.
It is important to note that the printed design is digitally printed on one side only. This means that only one side of the fabric features the printed design, while the other side is a solid color.
In terms of general characteristics, the Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin offers a soft touch and a shiny appearance. It is a durable and resistant fabric that adapts well to different uses. The colors of the printed design are vibrant and do not fade easily.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, apart from those mentioned above, it can also be used for outdoor decoration such as cushions and baskets, and for indoor decoration in different rooms such as the kitchen, bedroom, and living room.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning, but it can be dry cleaned with the exception of trichloroethylene. It is safe to iron the fabric at a cool temperature, but the dryer should not be used.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This technology allows for high-quality and durable printing, ensuring that the printed design maintains its original appearance for a long time.
