The Polyester Lycra Fabric - Cairo is an elastic lycra fabric weighing 220 gr/m2 with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. It has a soft and elastic texture, making it very pleasant to the touch. Additionally, it features a chlorine-resistant finish and offers high UV protection (UPF 50+). The printed design has an abstract and artistic style, with circle and speckle shapes in main colors such as reddish orange, cotton white, and antique ecru. This design can perfectly combine with other solid colors such as black, gray, navy blue, or olive green.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, not both.
The Polyester Lycra Fabric - Cairo, along with its printed design, has general characteristics that make it suitable for different applications and uses. These include: sportswear (garments for men, women, and children), lingerie (bodysuits and bras/bralettes), fashion (knitwear and tops), scrunchies, swimwear (bikinis and swimsuits), and other uses.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Furthermore, it allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which focuses on printing on polyester. Through this process, colors and designs can be permanently transferred to the fabric, ensuring high quality and durability of the print.
