Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel fabric is a type of tweed fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 420 gr/m2. It has a width of 150 cm and its care instructions include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning (except trichloroethylene), ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
The printed design of this fabric features attributes such as abstract brushstrokes, pictorial and painterly elements, is simple in complexity, and falls within modern art and artistic styles. Its forms are abstract, and the main colors are rose gold (54.85%), daisy pink (14.54%), and worm pink (13.59%).
This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that the design is printed only on one side of the fabric, not on both sides.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a rigid texture and its printed design has artistic and abstract attributes.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those previously mentioned (jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, etc.), it could also be used for making shorts, bermudas, bow ties, sports vests, and caps. Its versatility allows it to be used in both mens and womens fashion, as well as in home textiles, such as cushions in living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens, and even for outdoor decoration.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important to follow the recommendations such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not using trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing process consists of transferring inks through heat and pressure, which allows colors and designs to adhere permanently to the fabric, ensuring durable and long-lasting quality.
