The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for furniture decoration and upholstery, as well as for making fashion garments such as trousers, jackets, and blazers. Its soft texture and bright visual appearance give it an elegant and sophisticated look.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by its complexity and watercolor and floral style. With artistic and modern elements, it features shapes such as lines and waves that intertwine to create a visually striking composition. The nature of the design is reflected in the abstract flowers and leaves, providing a botanical ambiance. The main design colors include lavender blue, cardinal purple, and purple jam, creating a multicolor and vibrant combination.
In addition to these main colors, this fabric can be combined with other solid colors such as white, grey, and black to contrast and highlight the printed design.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side only, using digital textile printing technology. This means that the design is on one side of the fabric and not on both sides.
In terms of general characteristics, the Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin has a soft touch texture and a bright visual appearance. Its composition of polyester, polyamide, and elastane provides resistance and elasticity, making it suitable for different applications and uses.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, it can be used for the decoration and upholstery of furniture such as chairs, armchairs, and sofas. As for the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It cannot be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. For ironing, it is recommended to use a cool temperature and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is performed on polyester fabric. This process consists of transferring ink through heat and pressure, allowing for durable and high-quality printing.
