The Recycled Lycra fabric is a type of Lycra composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. It has a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The fabric has a soft and elastic texture, making it comfortable to wear. Additionally, it features a chlorine-resistant finish and offers very high UV protection of 50+.
The printed design of the fabric showcases a combination of attributes such as animals (birds and swallows), complexity, artistic style, botanical style, colorfulness, floral nature (artistic flowers, flowers, and roses), and plant nature (leaves). The main colors of the design are light aqua green (40.93%), daisy pink (24.32%), and army grey (12.99%). These colors can be combined well with other solid tones like white, black, and navy blue.
It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric and not on both.
In terms of its general characteristics, the Recycled Lycra fabric is soft to the touch and elastic, allowing for a comfortable fit. Furthermore, its chlorine-resistant finish ensures that the fabric remains in good condition even in humid environments. On the other hand, the printed design adds an artistic and colorful touch to the fabric, with elements inspired by nature and the beauty of plants and animals.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those already mentioned such as hair ties, scrunchies, bikinis, and swimsuits, it can also be used for making sportswear or fashion garments in general. As for the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C and not to use bleach. Also, it cannot be tumble dried and should be ironed at a cool temperature. The garment is not suitable for dry cleaning.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is based on the transfer of a design printed on special paper through heat and pressure. This process allows the design colors to be vibrant and resistant to the passage of time, and for the design to adhere durably to the fabric.
