The Recycled Lycra fabric - Seal, with a weight of 230 gr/m2, is a lycra composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. Its width of 150 cm makes it perfect for different applications such as lingerie, sportswear, bikinis, swimsuits, leggings, and leotards, for women, men, and children. This fabric is timeless and has GRS certification, which makes it sustainable by using recycled materials.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by its abstract and modern style, with lines and circles as main shapes. The predominant colors are Night Black (69.47%), Cotton White (14.15%), and Sky Blue (7.01%). In addition, the design contains multicolored hues that give it a touch of vibrancy and dynamism.
To combine with this design, plain colors such as gray, white, navy blue, or pastel pink can be used. These colors will complement and highlight the main tones of the printed design.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only present on one side of the fabric, not both.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has an elastic texture that makes it comfortable to wear and features a chlorine-resistant finish with very high UV protection 50+. This makes it ideal for water activities and outdoor sports.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can also be used to make fashion garments such as dresses, skirts, or tops.
As for the necessary care for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not dry clean, iron at a cool temperature, and not tumble dry. These recommendations will help preserve the quality of the fabric and the printed design.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This technique allows the colors and design to impregnate the fibers of the fabric, ensuring greater durability and resistance to washing and use.
