Raso - Ámsterdam fabric is a shiny, smooth polyester satin, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 120 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm, and it is recommended to care for it by following certain instructions such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, allowing dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a warm temperature, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature.
The printed design of this fabric features attributes such as abstract brushstrokes, artistic and drawn style, curved shapes, and lines. The main colors of the design are champagne raw with a 59.53% dominance, night blue with 10.74%, and bakers brown with 10.41%. This design lends itself to a symbolic and technical interpretation, with the possibility of combining it with other solid colors such as white, black, gold, or silver to highlight or contrast with its main color palette.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the print is only on one side of the fabric. This allows its application in different fashion and decoration projects, as both the printed and plain sides can be used to create different visual effects.
Regarding general characteristics, Raso - Ámsterdam fabric has a shiny visual texture and a smooth, thin feel. These characteristics make it suitable for applications such as fashion (shirts, blouses, skirts, pants, tops, jumpsuits), lingerie (pajamas, wedding dresses), accessories (scarves), and other projects such as kimonos. Its use in seasons can be timeless or adapted to the autumn/winter 2021 season.
To care for this fabric, it is important to follow the recommendations mentioned above, avoiding bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoiding trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, ironing at a warm temperature, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature. These precautions will ensure the durability and appearance of the fabric over time.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation. This involves transferring the design to the fabric through heating and pressure, which guarantees long-lasting and wash-resistant quality. The sublimation technique allows vibrant colors and precise details to be captured on the fabric, achieving a high-quality and defined print.
