The base fabric is Microfiber for Towel - Swing, a microfiber fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2. With a width of 160 cm, this fabric is perfect for home textile applications, such as bath towels, kitchen towels, and sports bathrobes. Its ideal season for use is summer.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which offers vibrant and long-lasting colors in the printed design. The design features standard complexity with an abstract, artistic, and colorful style, with geometric shapes and circles as main elements. The main colors of the design are multicolored, allowing it to be combined with a wide range of solid colors to achieve different visual effects.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only by digital textile printing, which means that the back of the fabric remains unprinted.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, it has a soft and smooth texture, making it pleasant to the touch. Its polyester composition gives it durability and resistance to frequent use and washing. Care for this fabric should be taken into account, avoiding the use of bleach and washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Additionally, dry cleaning and ironing are not recommended, and it should not be tumble dried.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can also be used in the manufacture of other home textile products, such as curtains, cushions, and table linen. Its softness and resistance make it ideal for direct contact with the skin, so it can also be used in the making of sportswear or swimwear.
The printing technology used, sublimation, consists of the transfer of inks through heat and pressure, which guarantees high print quality and a durable fixation of colors on the fabric. This process allows for detailed and high-definition designs, as well as bright and long-lasting colors, even after multiple washes.
