The Recycled Lycra fabric - Seal is a type of Lycra with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. With a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric features an elastic texture and a chlorine-resistant finish. Additionally, it boasts a very high UV protection factor of 50+.
Regarding the printed design, it is a pictorial print of standard complexity with an artistic, botanical, and decorative style. The nature of the design is inspired by plants and leaves. The main colors are camouflage green with 49.27%, baby blue with 17.81%, and metallic silver-gray with 15.07%.
This design pairs very well with solid colors such as white, black, and navy blue, as these colors would highlight the main tones of the design.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the print is present only on one face of the fabric and not on both.
In terms of general characteristics, the Recycled Lycra fabric - Seal is elastic to the touch and chlorine-resistant. Furthermore, it offers very high UV protection, making it ideal for swimwear and activewear.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, it can be used for making lingerie, bodysuits, bikinis, swimsuits, leotards, and sports leggings/tights. It can also be used in fashion garments such as swimwear.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended to follow these guidelines: do not bleach, wash at a maximum of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which involves transferring the design onto the polyester using heat and pressure. This technology ensures high print quality and design durability on the fabric.
