The Recycled Lycra - Seal fabric is a lycra fabric with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. It has a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric is known for its elastic texture and chlorine resistance, making it ideal for applications in lingerie, sportswear such as swimsuits, leggings, and tights, as well as in general fashion.
The printed design of this fabric features artistic and modern characteristics, with pictorial and abstract elements. Intense and bright colors stand out, with a predominance of cotton white (50.75%) and periwinkle purple (33.20%). This design combines circles and dots, which gives it a fun and original style. In addition to these main colors, it could combine well with solid colors such as black, navy blue, or even a pale pink tone.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is on one side of the fabric and is not printed on both sides.
In terms of general characteristics, the Recycled Lycra - Seal fabric offers a soft and elastic feel, making it comfortable to wear. It has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV Protection Factor (UPF 50+), making it ideal for swimwear or sportswear that will be exposed to the sun.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, as mentioned earlier, it is suitable for manufacturing lingerie, sportswear such as swimsuits, leggings, and tights, as well as for general fashion garments. Its polyester and elastane composition makes it elastic and comfortable to use, making it perfect for form-fitting garments that require freedom of movement.
As for the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and avoid the use of bleach. It cannot be dry cleaned or tumble dried. In addition, it is advisable to iron at low temperature.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which is a process by which the design is printed directly onto the fabric using heat and pressure. This ensures high print quality and durability of the printed design.
