The Recycled Lycra - Recycled fabric is a Lycra-type fabric with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. It has a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has GRS certification and is considered sustainable due to its recycled nature.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by its abstract and watercolor style, with a simple complexity. It features abstract shapes and circles as the main elements. The main colors of this design are cotton white, off-white, and cloud gray.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that the design is only on one side of the fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, it has a soft and elastic texture, ideal for comfortable and body-fitting garments. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers very high UV protection with a protection factor of 50+.
As for applications and uses, this fabric can be used in the manufacture of hair ties, scrunchies, bikinis, swimsuits, and fashion garments in general. Thanks to its elastic characteristics and chlorine resistance, it is especially suitable for sports and swimwear.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Do not use bleach or dry clean. In addition, it can be ironed at a cold temperature, but it is not recommended to use a dryer.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which allows the design to be transferred to the fabric in a durable manner and with great detail and color quality. Sublimation is performed on the polyester present in the fabrics composition.
