The base fabric is a thin, water-repellent fabric called Storm, made from a technical weave of 100% polyester. With a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm, this fabric is ideal for use in fashion garments such as jackets, as well as in home textiles such as shower curtains. It can also be used in sportswear such as raincoats and jackets for men, women, and children. Its most suitable season for use is winter.
The printed design applied to this fabric is vibrant and colorful, with an artistic and botanical style. Additionally, it features stylized floral elements, large flowers, roses, leaves, and striking colors. The main colors of the design are multicolored, which gives it a cheerful and lively appearance.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that the design is not on both sides of the fabric, but only on one.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has a waterproof and water-repellent finish, which gives it greater water resistance. In addition, it has a thin and smooth texture, making it pleasant to the touch.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it is important to highlight its versatility. Due to its composition and characteristics, it is ideal for making fashion garments for both men and women, especially jackets and windbreakers. It can also be used for manufacturing home textile items such as shower curtains, as its waterproof finish is very useful. In the sports field, it is an excellent option for creating raincoats and performance jackets.
Regarding the care that this fabric should have, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and not to use bleach. The garment does not admit dry cleaning and it is recommended to iron at a cold temperature. In addition, it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This process allows the design to adhere permanently to the fabric, preventing it from fading with use and washing. Digital textile printing guarantees high image quality and vibrant colors in the printed design.
