The Twill - Prada fabric is a twill type fabric, with a composition of 96% polyester and 4% elastane. With a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric has a soft and delicate texture to the touch.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by its standard complexity and photographic style. The design is monochromatic yet colorful, with a combination of bright and vibrant colors. It is inspired by aquatic nature, such as water and corals, and also features elements of modern art.
The design printed on the fabric is made by sublimation, a specific printing technique for polyester. This fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the design is present only on one side of the fabric and not on both.
In terms of general characteristics, the Twill - Prada fabric stands out for its softness and thinness, which makes it ideal for light clothing such as shirts, skirts, blouses, and dresses. It is also used in the making of accessories such as scarves. It is especially suitable for the summer season due to its composition and weight.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not to use bleach. In addition, it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and can be ironed at a cold temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows the colors impregnated in the ink to be permanently transferred to the fabric, guaranteeing high print quality and durability.
To combine this printed fabric, plain colors that complement the main colors of the design can be used. Some options may be solid shades of blue, green, or coral to highlight the natural elements of the design. Neutral colors such as white or black can also be used to create contrast and allow the print to be the protagonist.
