The fabric we present to you is the Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2. This lycra fabric has a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, which gives it great elasticity and adaptability to the body. Its weight is 220 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm.
The printed design of this fabric is pictorial and abstract in style, with lines and stripes as the main shapes. It is a colorful and artistic design, with main colors such as honeydew green, dark slate blue, and charcoal red. This design can perfectly combine with solid colors such as black, white, green, light blue, and red.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only by digital textile printing. This means that the design is on the front of the fabric and the back is plain.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, we can highlight that it has an elastic and soft texture to the touch. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+. These characteristics make this fabric ideal for sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, and other uses such as scrunchies.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a cool temperature. Do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technology allows intense and long-lasting colors to be obtained on the fabric.
