The Riga Stretch Knit Crepe fabric is composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, giving it an elastic and grainy texture to the touch. Its weight is 180 gr/m2 and its width reaches 150 cm. The printed design of this fabric belongs to the "Van Gogh" collection, which features multi-colored main colors. This design is inspired by the works of the famous painter Vincent van Gogh, and his style is reflected in the print. Regarding plain colors that could combine with this design, we could consider neutral tones such as white, black, and gray, as well as vibrant colors that highlight the nuances present in the print.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the print is on only one side of the fabric, not impregnating the other side.
As for the general characteristics of the fabric, we can mention its elasticity and grainy texture, which makes it suitable for garments such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear in general. Its polyester and elastane composition helps garments made with this fabric to be comfortable and fit the body well.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can also be dry cleaned, with the exception of trichloroethylene. For ironing, a cold temperature is recommended, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This implies that the design is transferred to the fabric by applying heat and pressure, which allows obtaining vivid colors and sharp details in the print. This technique provides high durability and resistance to washing, which ensures that the design remains intact over time.
