The Tromso Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric is a technical polyester fabric with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It features a waterproof and antibacterial finish, making it ideal for use in fashion, accessories, decoration, and home textiles.
The printed design is characterized by its Gaudí style, with multicolored main colors. This design symbolizes the creativity and originality of the renowned Catalan architect. Additionally, it harmoniously combines with plain colors in neutral tones such as white, black, or grey, as well as with shades similar to the main colors of the printed design.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, not both.
In terms of general characteristics, the Tromso fabric stands out for its rough texture and its water-repellent finish, which makes it resistant to water and perfect for outdoor use, such as in sun loungers, cushions, or garden tablecloths. Furthermore, its antibacterial finish makes it a safe and healthy option for clothing and accessories.
Regarding applications and uses, apart from those mentioned above, this fabric can be used for making trousers, backpacks, wallets, purses, and toiletry bags. It is also suitable for interior decoration, such as paintings, cushions, or curtains.
As for care, it is important to follow the manufacturers instructions. It is recommended not to bleach the fabric, wash it at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene, iron it at a warm temperature, and avoid using a tumble dryer.
Regarding printing technology, this fabric is manufactured using the sublimation technique, which consists of transferring the ink of the printed design to the fabric using high temperatures and pressure. This process ensures high print quality and durability of the design.
In summary, the Tromso Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric combines technical and aesthetic attributes that make it versatile and functional in various uses and applications. Its single-sided printed design, its general characteristics, and the sublimation printing technology are key aspects to consider when using this fabric.
