Raso - Ámsterdam fabric is a satin/satin with a 100% polyester composition, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design belongs to the Van Gogh style, with multicolor as the main colors. It symbolically and technically combines various tones, such as blues, greens, yellows, and reds, which complement each other. Additionally, this fabric can be combined with solid colors such as white, black, navy blue, and light green.
It is important to note that the design is printed on one side only using digital textile printing, which means it is not reproduced on both sides of the fabric, but only on one. This feature allows for a striking and detailed visual effect in the printed design.
Regarding general characteristics, Raso - Ámsterdam fabric has a bright visual texture, a smooth and thin feel. These qualities give it an elegant and soft appearance to the touch, making it ideal for fashion garments such as shirts, blouses, kimonos, skirts, pajamas, dresses, pants, tops, and accessories. Furthermore, its versatility allows for its use in different seasons, both in autumn/winter 2021 and any other season.
As for the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is also suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. For ironing, it is suggested to use a warm temperature, avoiding direct contact with the printed design. Likewise, the fabric can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Regarding the printing technology used in this fabric, it is sublimation using polyester. This process allows the design to be permanently transferred to the fabric, guaranteeing high precision in the details and colors of the print.
