The Polyester Lycra Fabric - Nairobi is a high-quality elastic fabric with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. It has a weight of 270 grams per square meter and a width of 150 centimeters. Its printed design features a combination of characteristics and attributes that make it unique.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by being abstract and distorted, with artistic and pictorial influences. It has a standard complexity and presents varied stylistic elements, such as Munchs style, abstract style, artistic style, and psychedelic style. The shapes present in the design are mainly abstract and wavy, and it uses a combination of multiple and colorful colors.
This printed design would combine very well with plain colors in neutral tones, such as white, black, or gray, to highlight the colors and shapes present in the print and create an interesting visual contrast.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the design is on only one side of the fabric and is not present on the reverse.
Regarding general characteristics, the Polyester Lycra Fabric - Nairobi is elastic and has a soft texture to the touch. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor (UPF 50+), which makes it ideal for swimwear and sportswear.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, it is suitable for making lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, and sports leggings. It can also be used in beach fashion garments.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash this fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and avoid the use of bleach. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and ironed at a cool temperature. It should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, specifically designed for polyester fabrics. This printing technique allows for high definition and durability of the printed design on the fabric, as the colors fuse with the fabric fibers.
