The fabric, known as Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, is a lycra composed of 82% POLYESTER and 18% ELASTANE, with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is complex and artistic, inspired by Monets painting. It features bright and colorful hues, with a drawn style that gives it a unique and striking appearance.
This printed design is primarily combined with multicolored shades, but it could also be paired with solid colors such as white, black, or any tone present in the print.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side only using digital textile printing, which means the design is only on one side of the fabric.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has an elastic texture and a chlorine-resistant finish. Additionally, it boasts a very high UV protection factor (UPF 50+), making it ideal for swimwear and sportswear.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it is suitable for making lingerie, bodysuits, bikinis, swimsuits, tights, leggings, leotards, and sportswear for women, men, and children. It can also be used in fashion swimwear.
For care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoiding bleaching and the use of trichloroethylene in dry cleaning. It can be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which involves the direct transfer of ink to the fabric using heat and pressure. This ensures high print quality and durability of the design printed on the fabric.
