The base fabric is a Synthetic Knit with Spandex called Support. It is a knit fabric composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, which provides elasticity and comfort. It has a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. Its care is simple, as it is only recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allow dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, iron it at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric, and do not tumble dry.
This fabric is used in various applications, such as the manufacture of lingerie, including briefs, bodysuits, and bras/bralettes. It is also used in fashion for the creation of knitwear, tops, and accessories. Additionally, it can be used in sportswear for women, men, and children. Other uses include scrunchies and hair ties. Due to its versatility, this fabric can be used in any season.
The printed design on this fabric has as its main attributes the art of violin, a standard style, the use of Kandinskys technique, modern and artistic art, with bright and abstractly drawn colors. The main colors are multicolored.
This design, digitally printed on one side, can combine well with solid colors found in its palette, such as red, yellow, blue, and green, as its multicolor design allows it to be versatile in its combination.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture to the touch and is visually opaque. In addition, thanks to its elastane composition, it is elastic, making it comfortable to wear. On the other hand, the printed design shows a standard complexity and an abstract and modern style with vibrant and bright colors.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, its importance in the manufacture of lingerie stands out, especially for briefs, bodysuits, and bras/bralettes. It is also used in fashion for the creation of tops and knitwear, as well as in accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties. In the sports field, women, men, and children can enjoy garments made with this fabric. Its versatility allows it to be used on various occasions and styles.
It is important to consider the recommended care for this fabric, which includes not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allowing dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing it at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric, and avoiding tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is polyester sublimation. This technique allows for vivid and durable print quality, as the colors penetrate the fibers of the fabric at a molecular level. This ensures that the printed design remains intact even after multiple washes and uses. It is important to note that the design is printed only on one side of the fabric, not on both sides.
