The base fabric is a fine, water-repellent, hydrophobic fabric called "Storm." It is composed of 100% polyester and has a weight of 70 gr/m2. With a width of 145 cm, this fabric is ideal for various applications, such as fashion jackets for men and women, shower curtains for the home, and sports raincoats for men, women, and children. It is especially suitable for the winter season.
The printed design on this fabric is abstract and features artistic brushstrokes, inspired by Monets style. The design complexity is standard and is characterized by being colorful and botanical, with drawn floral elements and water lilies. The presence of crystal-clear water is also noteworthy. The main colors of the design are multicolored, meaning it combines a variety of colors in a vibrant palette.
This fabric is printed with the design on a single side using digital textile printing, which means the design is applied only to one side of the fabric. Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric has a waterproof and water-repellent finish and a thin, smooth texture to the touch.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can be used in making fashion garments for men and women, such as jackets or blousons. It can also be used to create fashion accessories, such as bags or hats. Furthermore, its impermeability makes it suitable for manufacturing textile items for the bathroom, such as shower curtains.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. The garment is not suitable for dry cleaning and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It is not suitable for tumble drying.
As for the printing technology used, this fabric is manufactured using the polyester sublimation technique. This implies that the design is printed directly onto the fabric through a process of heat and pressure that allows the pigments to become gaseous and adhere to the polyester fibers, creating a durable and wash-resistant print.
