Recycled Lycra fabric is a lycra fabric with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its soft and elastic texture makes it a comfortable and versatile fabric. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers very high UV protection of factor 50+. This fabric is certified as sustainable, as it is made with recycled materials and has GRS certification.
The printed design of the fabric is characterized by being pictorial and presenting standard complexity. It has a Christmas, artistic, and decorative style, with star, circle, and dot shapes, and natural elements such as plants and leaves. It also has sparkles that add a special touch. The main colors of the design are deep blue, light orange, and taupe.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that the design is only on the printed part of the fabric, not on the reverse side.
Recycled lycra fabric has multiple applications and uses. It can be used in the making of scrunchies and hair ties, as well as in sportswear such as bikinis and swimsuits. It is also suitable for use in fashion garments, such as swimwear. Its versatility makes it a suitable option for different seasons.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoiding the use of bleach and dry cleaning. It can be ironed at a cold temperature, but should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design using heat and pressure so that it goes from a solid to a gaseous state without passing through the liquid state. This allows for high print quality and greater durability of the design.
