The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is an elastic fabric made of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its texture is soft to the touch and elastic, making it ideal for tight-fitting garments such as lingerie, bodies, bikinis, swimsuits, leotards, and leggings. It belongs to the timeless season and has GRS sustainability certification as it is recycled.
The printed design of this fabric is pictorial, with a Christmas, artistic, and decorative style. The predominant shapes are stars, circles, and dots, which intertwine with natural elements such as plants and leaves. In addition, sparkles are added, giving it a special touch. The main colors are deep blue (85.14%), light orange (6.1%), and taupe (4.1%).
This design can be perfectly combined with solid colors such as white, black, gray, and aqua green, as it will highlight the colors of the print and give it a balanced look.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the print is only on one side of the fabric, not both.
Regarding general characteristics, the Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is chlorine resistant and has a very high UV protection factor (UPF 50+), making it perfect for swimwear and sportswear. In addition, its elastic finish provides a comfortable and flexible fit.
Regarding applications and uses, apart from those mentioned above, this fabric can also be used in fashion garments such as swimsuits, tops, t-shirts, and dresses. Its elasticity and resistance make it a durable and versatile fabric.
Regarding care, it is advisable to wash this fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoid bleaching, do not dry clean, iron at a cold temperature, and avoid using a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the stamped design from a special paper through heat and pressure. This guarantees high print quality and durability of the design on the fabric.
