The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is a Lycra fabric composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has an elastic texture and a chlorine-resistant finish, making it perfect for lingerie, sportswear such as swimsuits, leggings and tights, and fashion items such as swimwear.
The printed design of this fabric has several characteristics and attributes that make it unique. It is a Christmas-style design, with artistic and colorful elements. It is inspired by nature, with a landscape of artistically painted trees. The main colors of the design are cotton white, mint green, and SeaGreen. These colors are combined harmoniously and cheerfully, and could be complemented with other solid colors such as pastel pink, light blue, and soft yellow.
It is important to note that this fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only. This means that the design is on the front of the fabric, while the back is a solid color.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a soft and elastic feel, making it comfortable to wear. In addition, it has a UPF finish, which provides high UV protection. This makes it an ideal choice for swimwear and sportswear, as it offers extra protection against the suns rays.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are the manufacture of lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits, leotards, tights, and leggings. Thanks to its elasticity and chlorine resistance, it is perfect for garments that require high performance and durability, such as sportswear.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash this fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and avoid the use of bleach and dry cleaning. It should also be ironed at a cool temperature and avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This process consists of transferring the design onto the fabric using heat and pressure, which guarantees high print quality and durability. Sublimation is a widely used technique in the textile industry, as it allows for designs with great detail and vivid colors. Thanks to this technology, the printed design on the fabric remains intact even after numerous washes and uses.
