The Salamanca transparent chiffon fabric is a light and delicate textile, made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its name comes from its transparency, which makes it perfect for lingerie, dresses, skirts, and scarves. It is also ideal for swimwear and sarongs. Its season of use is summer, as its transparent texture allows for better air circulation and is cool to the touch.
The printed design of this fabric is very versatile and striking. It combines various styles such as Christmas, artistic, and abstract, which gives it an original and decorative touch. The predominant shapes in the design are circles and dots, along with serpentine, which adds movement and dynamism. The main colors of the design are refractory brick red (69.91%), SeaGreen green (11.69%), and dark forest green (9.95%).
To combine with this printed design, solid colors such as white, black, light gray, beige, or even pastel shades like soft pink or light blue can be used. These neutral colors will allow the design to be the protagonist and stand out even more.
It is important to note that this fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only. This means that the design is only on the front of the fabric and not on the reverse.
In terms of general characteristics, the Salamanca transparent chiffon fabric is characterized by its transparent visual texture and its thin feel. In addition to its use in fashion garments, it can also be used in the decoration of special events, such as weddings or theme parties.
Regarding care, it is important to take into account the manufacturers instructions. This fabric can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C, dry cleaned (except trichloroethylene), and ironed at a cool temperature. Bleach and tumble drying are not recommended.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which consists of applying ink using heat and pressure so that it penetrates the polyester fibers, achieving a durable and high-quality result. This technique allows for detailed and vibrant designs on the fabric.
