The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a textile composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for decorating and upholstering furniture such as chairs, armchairs, and sofas. It is also perfect for making trousers, accessories, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets/vests, handbags, and backpacks. Its soft texture and visual sheen make it a very attractive and versatile material.
The fabric is printed with a patterned design featuring artistic and decorative themes, Christmas styles, colorfulness, and illustration. The design displays shapes of hats and snowflakes, and is dominated by colors such as deep sea green (74.48%), grapefruit red (15.98%), and soft ivory white (7.83%). These main colors can be combined with other solid tones like black, gray, beige, and gold to highlight specific elements of the design.
It is important to note that the fabric is single-sided printed using sublimation technology with polyester. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric and not on both. Likewise, the fabric has general characteristics such as its soft touch and visual sheen, which makes it ideal for projects that require an elegant and striking appearance.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 30°C and avoid the use of bleaches. It should not be dry cleaned, but dry cleaning is allowed with the exception of trichloroethylene. To avoid damage, the fabric should be ironed at a cool temperature and not tumble dried.
