The base fabric, called Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin, is characterized by being a corduroy fabric composed mainly of polyester (85%), polyamide (12%) and elastane (3%), which gives it great strength and durability. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm, this fabric is perfect for decoration and upholstery applications, as well as for fashion garments such as trousers, jackets and blazers.
The printed design of this fabric combines diverse characteristics and attributes to create a visually stunning result. With a pictorial style and decorative elements, the design incorporates botanical and floral motifs, represented in the form of garlands. Nature is present through plants and leaves, creating a print that evokes the beauty of flora. The main colors of this design are dark forest green (90.45%), camel brown (5.56%) and mocha brown (1.83%).
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using sublimation technology, which guarantees high print quality and excellent durability over time. It is important to note that this fabric is not printed on both sides, but only on one.
Regarding the general characteristics, this fabric stands out for its softness to the touch and its visual brilliance. Its soft texture provides a pleasant sensation upon contact with the skin. In addition, its glossy finish gives an elegant and sophisticated look to the design.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to its use in decoration and upholstery, it is also suitable for making accessories such as bags and backpacks. Its versatility allows it to adapt to different styles and occasions, both in mens and womens fashion.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It does not allow dry cleaning, but it can be dry cleaned with the exception of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be at a cold temperature and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring colors through the application of heat and pressure, achieving a lasting fixation of the ink in the fabric fibers. This method allows obtaining high quality and definition results in the prints.
