The Polyester Lycra Fabric - Nairobi is an elastic and resistant fabric, ideal for lingerie, sportswear, swimsuits, leggings, and bikinis. Its composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane gives it a soft and elastic texture, allowing great freedom of movement. In addition, it has a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm.
The printed design applied to this fabric is pictorial and artistic, with Christmas elements and natural landscapes such as trees, mountains, and snowy skies. The main colors of the design are blue, light violet, and bluish-gray. These soft and delicate tones complement perfectly with solid colors such as white, light gray, and dusty pink.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only, using the textile digital printing technique. This means that the design is not on the back of the fabric, but only on one of the sides.
Regarding the general characteristics, the fabric has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+, which makes it ideal for outdoor water activities. In addition, its soft and elastic touch makes it a comfortable and versatile option.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, apart from the lingerie and sportswear mentioned above, it is also suitable for making swimsuits, leotards, and bodysuits. Its elasticity and resistance make it a durable and functional option for garments that require a high degree of elasticity and fit.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned, with the exception of trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a cold temperature. It is not advisable to use a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which allows a durable fixation of colors and patterns. The ink turns into gas and adheres to the polyester fibers, creating a vibrant and defined design.
In summary, the Polyester Lycra Fabric - Nairobi with its pictorial and artistic printed design is an elegant and versatile option for lingerie, sportswear, and swimsuits. With its elastic and resistant characteristics, in addition to its durable printing technology, this fabric offers comfort and style in a single product.
