The Bi-elastic Twill Fabric - Lisbon is a twill fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which gives it great elasticity and comfort. With a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is perfect for making fashion garments such as trousers, skirts, jeans, shorts or bermudas, as well as accessories and decorative items such as cushions, embroidery hoops or frames.
The printed design on this fabric is characterized by its pictorial motifs and artistic style, which gives it a decorative and colorful touch. With abstract shapes and vibrant colors such as OldLace White, Mint Cream Green and Pumpkin Orange, this design is ideal for projects with a fun and striking style. In addition, plain colors such as white, black, green, orange or cream can be used to combine it.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is printed on one side of the fabric, and not on both sides.
As for the general characteristics of the fabric, its rough and elastic texture stands out, which makes it pleasant to the touch and gives it greater comfort in use. On the other hand, the printed design is characterized by its standard complexity, its Christmas, decorative and colorful style.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can be used in kitchen decoration projects such as dishcloths, in the making of dresses, for the manufacture of table napkins or for the decoration of living rooms with cushions. Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoid bleaching, dry cleaning can be done except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature and avoid tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which allows for high definition and resistance in the printed design. This process consists of the transfer of inks by heat and pressure, guaranteeing excellent quality and durability in the print.
