The Velvety Corduroy fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed mainly of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm. This fabric has a soft texture and a pleasant feel.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by being pictorial, with a Christmas and watercolor style, as well as having artistic and decorative elements. It presents geometric shapes, with triangles predominating in its design. The main colors of the print are cotton white (46.43%), Gainsboro gray (24.71%), and DarkGrey gray (10.82%).
It harmoniously combines with plain colors such as black, dark blue, burgundy, and forest green. These plain colors highlight and complement the neutral and gray tones present in the printed design.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the print is on a single side of the fabric.
Regarding general characteristics, the Velvety Corduroy fabric - Dublin has a soft texture and a bright visual appearance that gives it a sophisticated look. In addition, the composition of the fabric provides elasticity, allowing its use in fashion garments such as pants, overshirts, jackets, and bags, as well as in accessories and home decor such as cushions and baskets.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning with trichloroethylene, but it does allow dry cleaning. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology on polyester. This technique allows for high definition and durability of the print, as the design fuses directly with the polyester fibers of the fabric, offering a crisp image resistant to wear.
