Velvet Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is perfect for decoration applications such as upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for making fashion garments like pants, accessories, overshirts, jackets, blazers, coats/vests, bags, and backpacks. It can also be used for creating home cushions for the kitchen, bedroom, or living room, as well as for making baskets.
The printed design of this fabric features a Christmas theme with reindeer and stars. With an artistic and childlike style, the design has a simple complexity and is characterized by its pictorial and decorative appearance. The main colors of the design are midnight black, with a 94.34% prevalence, and deep yellow, with a 4.74% presence. Additionally, a slight touch of biscuit yellow with 0.33% can be appreciated.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which guarantees high quality and detail in the print. It is important to note that the printed design is only on one side of the fabric, not on both.
In terms of general characteristics, corduroy fabric has a soft texture and a visually bright appearance, which gives it elegance. The printed design adds a dose of fun and creativity to the fabric, thanks to its Christmas elements and artistic style.
In terms of applications and uses, in addition to those mentioned above, Velvet Corduroy - Dublin is ideal for creating curtains, outdoor cushions, and other decorative elements for both the home and special events. Furthermore, its composition of polyester, polyamide, and elastane provides good resistance and elasticity, allowing its use in comfortable and durable clothing.
To keep the fabric in perfect condition, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It cannot be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.
This fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which involves digitally transferring the design through heat and pressure, creating a durable and wash-resistant print. This technique allows for vibrant colors and precise details in the printed design.
