The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra, specifically the Cairo model, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It is composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, giving it an elastic and soft texture. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection of 50+.
The printed design of this fabric is abstract and artistic, with watercolor and paint elements. It presents a standard complexity and is characterized by its colorful and decorative style, with shapes of bows and squares, as well as circles and dots. In addition, it is inspired by nature, with the presence of plants and leaves in its design.
As for the main colors of the design, cotton white stands out at 66.0%, followed by blush pink at 11.53% and bronze yellow at 11.46%. These colors combine harmoniously and can be accompanied by other plain colors such as mint green, lilac or sky blue, to create different combinations and highlight specific aspects of the design.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the design is present only on one side of the fabric, and not on both sides.
As for the general characteristics of the fabric, its elastic and soft texture stands out, making it ideal for tight-fitting garments such as lingerie, bras or swimsuits. Also, its chlorine resistance makes it suitable for use in sportswear and swimwear.
The applications and uses of this fabric include sports, for both men and women and children, as well as womens and mens fashion, in knitwear and tops. It can also be used in the manufacture of accessories such as scrunchies. For swimwear, it can be used in the manufacture of bikinis and swimsuits.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, iron it at a cool temperature and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is applied to polyester. This method guarantees high definition and durability of the printed design, in addition to allowing a wide range of colors and effects.
