Recycled Lycra fabric - Seal is an elastic fabric with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it is recommended to follow certain care instructions for its maintenance, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not dry cleaning, ironing at a cold temperature, and avoiding tumble drying. This fabric has various applications, such as lingerie, sportswear, bikinis, swimsuits, leggings, and leotards. In addition, it is GRS certified and sustainable as it is recycled.
The printed design of this fabric is abstract and features a color combination in shades of cotton white (66.0%), blush pink (11.53%), and tanned yellow (11.46%). This design has an artistic, colorful, and decorative style, inspired by nature with shapes of bows, squares, and circles. Symbolically, it evokes the delicacy of plants and leaves in a complex watercolor painting.
This fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing and can easily combine with plain colors such as white, pink, yellow, green, and brown.
In terms of its general characteristics, Recycled Lycra fabric - Seal stands out for its soft and elastic texture, as well as for being chlorine resistant and having a very high UV protection finish (50+). On the other hand, the printed design presents a standard complexity and is characterized by its artistic, colorful, and decorative style.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can also be used in the manufacture of underwear, leggings, fashion garments, and accessories such as bags and scarves. Its elasticity and resistance make it suitable for garments that require comfort and durability.
Regarding care, it is important to follow the recommendations mentioned above, avoiding bleaching and dry cleaning, ironing at a low temperature, and avoiding tumble drying.
The printing technology used in this fabric is polyester sublimation, which guarantees excellent quality and durability in the printed design. Through this process, the inks turn into gas and penetrate the polyester fibers, ensuring a lasting fixation of the design. It is important to note that this fabric is printed on only one side.
