The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is an elastic fabric with a grammage of 230 gr/m2, made of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. Its composition makes it resistant and durable, which makes it an excellent option for garments such as lingerie, bodysuits, bikinis, swimsuits, leotards, and sports leggings for women, men, and children. Its size is 150 cm wide and it has GRS certification, which guarantees its sustainable origin as it is a recycled fabric.
The printed design of this fabric is versatile and attractive. It combines pictorial and abstract elements in a Christmas and artistic style. Its main shapes are circles and dots, which gives it a decorative look and makes it very suitable for home decoration. The main colors of the design are cotton white (94.51%), mango orange (3.47%), and wood brown (1.3%).
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on the outer surface of the fabric, not on its reverse side.
Regarding the general characteristics, the fabric is elastic, chlorine resistant, and offers high UV protection with a very high protection factor of 50+. This makes it ideal for use in water sports or outdoors, as it protects the skin from harmful sun rays.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied. In addition to the lingerie, bodysuits, and sports garments mentioned above, it can also be used for making swimsuits, for men, women, and children. In addition, its versatility makes it a good option for fashion garments such as dresses or skirts.
Regarding care, it is important to take into account the instructions provided: do not bleach, wash at a maximum of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. These instructions will ensure the durability and quality of the fabric over time.
The printing technology used in this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process consists of transferring color and design to the fabric through the application of heat and pressure. This guarantees vibrant and durable colors, as well as greater resistance to wear and washing.
