Satin - Amsterdam

The fabric, Amsterdam satin, is a satin/raso weave made of 100% polyester, characterized by its light weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its polyester composition gives it a bright visual texture and a soft, smooth feel.

The printed design of this fabric is characterized by being pictorial, with a Christmas, colorful and decorative style, as well as having geometric shapes in stripes. Its main colors are pepper red (56.13%), cotton white (19.64%) and algae green (17.46%).

This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only by means of digital textile printing. It is important to mention that the printed design is only on one side of the fabric, not on both.

In terms of general characteristics, Amsterdam satin is a suitable fabric for various uses and applications. In fashion, it can be used for making shirts, blouses, kimonos, jumpsuits, skirts, pajamas, dresses, pants, tops, bridal wear and accessories such as scarves.

In terms of care, this fabric can be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a warm temperature and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which is based on the transfer of ink through heat and pressure. This ensures a durable and high-quality print on the fabric.
