The Paño - Glasgow fabric is a combination of polyester, viscose, and elastane, giving it a resistant and elastic composition. With a grammage of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for outerwear such as coats and trench coats. Additionally, it can also be used in the making of jackets, blazers, and sports jackets. In the home, this fabric can be used as coasters or kitchen towels. Its main season is winter, although it can also be used in autumn and winter.
The printed design on this fabric is a combination of attributes such as abstract, watercolor, painting, Christmas, artistic, among others. These elements create a complex and decorative pattern, with circular shapes and dots, in a multicolored combination. To combine with this fabric, plain colors that are present in the design can be used, such as blue, white, or red.
It is important to mention that this fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, which means that only the outer face of the fabric has the printed pattern, keeping the inner face plain.
In terms of general characteristics, the Glasgow fabric has a soft texture to the touch, making it pleasant to wear. The presence of elastane gives it a level of elasticity, making it comfortable and flexible. The printed design, for its part, adds a striking and original visual element to the fabric.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can be used in other areas such as altar decoration, thanks to its artistic and abstract design. It can also be used in the making of fashion garments for both men and women, adding a modern and original touch to the garments.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It cannot be dry cleaned or tumble dried. For ironing, it is suggested to use a warm temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows the design to be permanently impregnated into the fabric fibers. This guarantees a high quality and durability of the print, as well as a faithful reproduction of the colors and details of the design.
