Polyester Lycra Fabric - Nairobi is an elastic fabric with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, which gives it high elasticity and comfort when used. With a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, it is perfect for lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, bikinis, leotards and leggings. It is a versatile fabric that can be used all year round.
The printed design of this fabric presents a combination of attributes that give it a unique look. With pictorial, abstract and artistic elements, the design has a modern and colorful style. It is inspired by nature, with the presence of landscapes and trees. The main colors of the design are multicolored, which gives it a vibrant and eye-catching appearance.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing. It is important to note that the design is printed on one side only and not on both sides of the fabric.
As for the general characteristics of the fabric, we can highlight its soft and elastic texture, which makes it very pleasant to the touch and comfortable to wear. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor, which makes it suitable for use in swimwear.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it is frequently used in the manufacture of underwear, bodysuits and sportswear for women, men and children. Its elasticity and resistance make it perfect for close-fitting garments such as leggings and tights.
It is important to take into account the proper care for this fabric. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C and not to use chlorine for bleaching. It can also be dry cleaned, with the exception of trichloroethylene. For ironing, a cool temperature should be used and it should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows high quality and durable printing. Through this process, the colors and details of the design are transferred directly to the fabric, guaranteeing a sharp and vibrant result.
