Recycled Lycra fabric - Seal is a Lycra fabric with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. With a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is elastic and has a chlorine-resistant finish, making it perfect for lingerie, sportswear such as swimsuits, leggings and tights, as well as for swimwear. In addition, this fabric has GRS certification and is sustainable, as it is made from recycled materials.
The printed design of this fabric is a mix of artistic styles, with abstract, botanical and geometric elements. The main colors of the design are multicolored, which gives it a colorful and striking appearance. This design can combine very well with plain colors such as white, black, navy blue or green, to create contrasts and highlight the colors of the print.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only by digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, not on both sides.
The fabric itself has a soft and elastic texture, which provides comfort and freedom of movement. In addition, it has a very high UV protection finish, with a UV protection factor of 50+, which makes it ideal for swimwear and sportswear that need protection from the suns rays.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, as we mentioned earlier, it is perfect for lingerie, sportswear and swimwear. Thanks to its elasticity and chlorine resistance, it is ideal for making swimsuits, bikinis, tights, leggings and leotards. In addition, its colorful and striking design also makes it suitable for fashion garments, such as swimsuits.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C and iron it at a cold temperature. It cannot be bleached or dry cleaned, and the dryer should not be used.
The printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation (polyester). This process uses special inks and heat to transfer the design to the fabric, resulting in a durable and high-quality print. The printing is done digitally, which allows for great precision in the details and colors of the design.
