Glasgow woolen fabric is a soft and elegant fabric, ideal for coats, jackets, and blazers. Its printed design is characterized by being pictorial, simple, and artistic, with an abstract and modern style. Predominant colors are cotton white, reddish orange, and pumpkin orange, which are complemented by neutral tones such as gray, black, or beige. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which gives it high definition and durability.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, making it perfect for outerwear. The printed design stands out for its softness and texture, adding a decorative and modern touch to any garment.
The applications and uses of Glasgow woolen fabric are varied, from making coats and jackets to crafting coasters or kitchen towels. Its versatility makes it an ideal option for fashion and decoration projects.
As for care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum of 40ºC and iron at a warm temperature. Do not bleach or tumble dry, as it could damage the fabric fibers.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring inks onto the fabric through heat and pressure. This process guarantees high color quality and definition in the printed design, as well as greater resistance to the passage of time and washing.
