The Gabardine - Prada fabric is a gabardine fabric composed of 96% polyester and 4% elastane. Its printed design is abstract, with watercolor motifs, drops, and speckles in pastel tones such as white, blue, and PowderBlue. This artistic and decorative design combines shapes such as circles and polka dots, creating a delicate and modern aesthetic that adapts perfectly to womens and mens fashion garments. In addition, the fabric is printed with this design on one side by digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the fabric include a soft and thin texture, which makes it ideal for summer garments such as shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and scarves. Its weight of 220 gr/m2 gives it body and drape, while its width of 150 cm allows greater versatility in garment making.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, admits dry cleaning, ironing at cold temperature, and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, a specific printing method for polyester fabrics that guarantees vibrant and long-lasting color reproduction. This process consists of applying heat and pressure to transfer the ink to the fabric, achieving a crisp and high-quality print.
