Glasgow cloth is a broadcloth fabric with a composition of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane. Its printed design features striped shapes in MistyRose pink, Deep Sea green, and Baby blue, with an artistic and decorative style. This design would pair perfectly with solid colors like white, gray, or black. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The general characteristics of the fabric include a weight of 380 gr/m2, a width of 150 cm, and a soft texture to the touch. On the other hand, the printed design is characterized by its standard complexity and striped shapes, which gives it a hand-drawn look with an artistic touch. In addition, its pastel colors give it a fresh and modern appearance.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, highlights include making coats, jackets, blousons, blazers, and coasters. It is also ideal for creating altar cloths and kitchen towels. Its care instructions include machine washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, no bleaching, ironing at a warm temperature, and no tumble drying.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a printing process that ensures vibrant and long-lasting colors by transferring ink at high temperatures.
