Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel fabric is a polyester fabric with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is abstract, distorted, artistic, and colorful, with standard complexity. The main colors are multi-colored, making it versatile to combine with other plain colors such as white, black, navy blue, or gray. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the fabric are its rigid texture and firm touch. The printed design stands out for its creativity and originality, being ideal for fashion garments such as jackets, blazers, skirts, and dresses, as well as for making accessories such as bow ties or caps. In addition, its application in home textiles such as cushions gives a decorative and colorful touch to any environment.
Regarding the care of the Tweed - Chanel fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, not to use trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, iron at cold temperature, and avoid tumble drying to maintain its quality and color over time.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which guarantees a clear and durable reproduction of the printed design. This process consists of transferring the ink through heat and pressure, which allows a high fixation of the colors in the fabric.
