The Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2, features an artistic and colorful printed design, with a predominance of white, green, and earthy tones, inspired by botanical nature. Additionally, it is characterized by its elasticity and chlorine resistance, with very high UV protection 50+. To complement this design, solid colors such as white, light green, and brown can be used. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.
The general characteristics of this fabric include its soft and elastic texture, ideal for sportswear and swimwear. On the other hand, the printed design has standard complexity, with abstract shapes and decorative elements.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, its versatility for making underwear, swimwear, leggings, and sports leotards stands out. Its timeless nature makes it ideal for different times of the year.
For the care of this fabric, it is important not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoid tumble drying, and iron at a low temperature. Dry cleaning is recommended except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which involves transferring polyester-based inks to the fabric using heat and pressure, achieving a durable and high-quality print.
